Last week I weighed in 236LBS, which is -2.
Today I weighed in 233.6, which is another -2.4
Making my total weighloss for Febuary just about 5 pounds.
I’m not completely happy, but I know exactly where I had made mistakes. For the month of March I promise myself, NO MORE MISTAKES. This month will be filled with hard work, and commitment.
To prove myself this, because I had woken up late, and didn’t have time to go to the gym before I started my things for the day, I’m going this evening. I have never worked out late at my gym, but I have to do it. I have to keep commited, and keep to the routine I have planned out to WIN.
So, lets go another -2 or more pounds this week.
