Update # 2

30 Minutes Elliptical

20 Minutes Running

So, the gym was quick again today. I really want to spend more then “1 Hour” there, but I had to rush home to look after the puppy. Excuses eh! The elliptical is getting pretty good, I love that workout. According to the machine I had burned about 300 calories, and I didn’t look at the running, but phew. I can’t run for the life of me. Tomorrow I think I might make the majority of my workout on the treadmill. I want to be able to run!

I haven’t weighed myself in about a week.. I am waiting til tuesday to do that. I really hope I see something different.. Even though I’ve been eating not as well, I am doing exercise which wasn’t part of the picture last time.

PS – Canada VS USA game was just disappointing. I wish Canadians did better! Ugh.
